Free Form

Last updated: August 11, 2020

A free form is based on a shape and is a graphical representation of a solid form created from the shape. A free form has no width or orientation and is used primarily for 3D objects that cannot be created using a linear form. They are generally used to represent mass models, solid 3D objects and complex geometries that are not possible to create using other form tools.
